We believe this dialogue is necessary to build a foundation for our recently revised Vision and Mission focused on equity and social justice. To prepare for the discussion, please read Peggy McIntosh's Unpacking the Invisible Knapsack and watch the first 40 minutes of Tim Wise's Racism, Privilege, and Denial: Healing White America's Blindspots.
